Having been land locked for the last month with my knee, I thought I’d try and come up with something for the site.
When we were in Huntington a bunch of us got GoPro cameras. I can’t wait to use it at some of the slabs around Vicco! I just gotta get back in the water first!
If you havnt seen it already, this is a pretty amazing wave pool idea. This must be the wave pool slater keeps talking about in interviews.
‘Picture a wave going around in a circle indefinitely. There’s a bridge over the wave for viewing, a Plexiglas bottom so fans can watch guys surf above them, and a crow’s nest in the middle so people can watch the best guys in the world surf the wave all the way around them. Kids could stand on the edge of the pool and get sprayed by their favorite surfers.’ said Slates in an interview with ESPN.

Me, Mark Mathews and Jack Perry went surfing in the forrest at Lacanau. Theres forrest either side of the main town that has some pretty secluded beaches, so we jumped at the chance to surf outside of the town that smells like wee.
All this sitting on the couch with one leg in the air is getting boring, so I’ve looked through some footage taken about 8 or so months back over the summer break.
So how much do you think you would let Kimbo Slice punch you in the stomach for? $100 just doesn’t seem enough when you see how far the second guy flies back after the hit!
